The Dakota ( night fright, which flew from Membury on D Day with the 101st artillery brigade on board) just needs its invasion stripes and nose art to complete.

Added a few lightening holes in the horizontal stabiliser and will cover with tissue to keep the weight down

The plan has the fuselage in 2 pieces with the cockpit attached top the main wing root and engines trying to align them and finding a way of fixing took its time
