PhoenixRC Flight simulator that was £100 is now free (nearly).
At the time it was considered a good rival to Realflight.
I have used the bought version for years but used the free download for my last instal as it was more UpToDate than the original CDs. I upgraded to the latest 6.0i. Works with W10 and W11
The software is a free download from https://www.rc-thoughts.com/phoenix-sim/.
You will need a transmitter interface. Search for '22 in 1 simulator' on ebay - around £12. I have not tested these as I have the original but these are recommended from the download site.
I use it for helicopter training. However the fixed wing models also seem very realistic.
